He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Meeks Noggle; his parents, Joseph E. Noggle and Clifford Maddox Noggle; his siblings, Howard and Viva Lee Noggle Barnes; and his siblings-in-law, Clovis C. Barnes and Mary Frances Henson Noggle.
He is survived by: his children, Patty McClelland (Ed) of Roswell, NM and Ron Noggle of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Mike Enloe, Chris Enloe, Katherine Perez (Han-Noggle) and Brian McClelland; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Enloe, Christopher Enloe and Maxwell Perez; and his great great grandchild Tristan Wisniewski.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leonard's memory can be made to the RiverStone Church, 808 N. Monterey Avenue, Farmington, NM.
