He was predeceased by : his father Mylon Cecile Jacobs Jr.; and his daughter Melody Candida Jacobs. He is survived by : his grandson Kenton Van Jacobs; his daughter Rebekah Marcelline Ratliff; his mother Judith Josephine Lundy; his stepmother Karen Joyce Jacobs; and his siblings, Micheal Doug Jacobs, Mylon C Jacobs III and Melissa Ann Jacobs. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
