He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Lee Maddoux and Laura Gene Maddoux (Hubbard); his sister Pam Couch; and his grandparents, H. F., Pauline Maddoux, John and Mary Hubbard.

He is survived by : his wife Ardith J. Maddoux (Kehler); his children, Kevin R. Maddoux (Kristen) and Kindra D. Schutt (Kerry); his siblings, Brad Maddoux and Dianna Sanders; and his grandchildren, Kameryn S. Schutt, Kadynce J. Schutt and Mia E. Maddoux.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Three Rivers Education Foundation.
