He is survived by: his wife Dolores Parsen Lopez; his children, James Lopez (Amy) of Albuquerque, NM, Virginia I. Nieto (Eustacio) of Albuquerque, NM and Francisca Lopez (Charles) of Gonzales Ranch, NM; his siblings, Jose Dario Lopez (Susan) of Watrous, NM, Cruzita Martinez (Elauterio) of Las Vegas, NM, Margarita Jaramillo (Hector) of Santa Fe, NM and Blue; and his friend Rosie Rivera of El Pueblo, NM. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and 4 god children.
