He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elijio Monroy and Luzdivina Rivas; his wife Petralena; his children, Macario Paul, Sergio Antonio and Liliana Pagie Monroy; and his brother Adam. He was also cherished by children and a devoted and caring husband, as well as a great friend, brother, and son.
