It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freida Baker (Hobbs, New Mexico), who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Baker; her parents, Frank Cherry and Sophie Cherry; her daughter Cherry Ann; her daughter-in-law Patty Baker; and her grandson Chris Baker.
She is survived by: her children, John (Keller), Jim, Kristi Squires (David), Kathi Bearden (Darrell), Kim Dewbre (Vance) and Kandi Dickinson (Lowell); her stepdaughter Lee Wood of Alamogordo; her grandchildren, John Baker (Christina), Jim Baker (Cameron), Amanda Baker, Robert Baker (Ruth), Russell Baker (Amanda), Rory Baker (Sonja), Megan Minix (Ryan), Jared Baker, Susan Flowers (Russell), Darrell Ball (Cheyenne), Kenneth Norris, Jeremiah Norris (Bertha), Orrin Dewbre (Valerie), Becca Dewbre (Tyler), Katie Dickinson, Chuck Wood, Lisa Fritz and Tim Wood; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Madeline Baker, Jack, Grey Baker, Jake Baker, James, Josh, Ray Baker, Lucas, Jessie Baker, Aaron Baker, Abigail Baker, Douglas, Carson Minix, Austin, Colby VanCleve, Atley, Gretchen, Mason Ball, Kenny, Zachary Norris, Annaeise, Jeremiah, Kylie Norris and Sebastian Dickinson. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
