Constancia Ortega Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2020, Constancia Ortega of Llano Quemado, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Trujillo and Solema Trujillo; her siblings, Vicente Trujillo, Floyd Trujillo, Albino Trujillo, Oclides Coca and Ralph Trujillo, Jr.; her former husband Procopio G. Mascarenas; her husband Moises L. Ortega; and her son Miguel Ortega.
She is survived by: her children, Mercedes Valdez (Joe), Karen Mascarenas-Rotunno (David) and Gary Mascarenas; her grandchildren, Joshua Valdez, Christa Valdez and Marisa Valdez; her great grandchildren, Jaiya and Elias; her sister Florence Valerio (Gilbert); and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Trujillo, Dolores Trujillo, Belinda Archuleta (Gilbert), Norberto, Leonardo (Karen), Carlos, Enoch Ortega, Alma Ortega, Yoko Ortega and Florence Ortega.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, a rosary and funeral mass at San Francisco de Assisi Catholic Church in Ranchos de Taos with interment at the Santa Fe National Cemetery will take place at a future date to be announced.
