She is survived by: her son Eugene Chavez Jr.; her siblings, Betty Trujillo (Pacomio), Ruth Montoya (Joe), Sam Hammer (Diana) and Harvey Hammer; her uncles, Edward Grant Jr. and Clarence Grant; her aunt Mabel Torres; and her siblings' children, Maria Medina, Zenovio Medina, Lori Medina and Tom Medina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
