She was predeceased by : her parents, Lupe Avenia Mendoza and Manuel Rodriguez Mendoza; and her husband Michael Martinez. She is survived by : her sisters, Theresa Rios (Dan) and Lucy Amavisca (Robert); her children, Arlene Thomas (Bill), Manuel Chacon, Susan Roberts-Tegmeyer (Kevin) and Sylvia Zaragoza (Marcos); and her grandchildren, Naomi Armijo (Jimmy), Mark Chacon (Tiani), Landyn Chacon, Suelena Thomas, Gentry Roberts, Brooks Roberts (Raeleen), Cameron Roberts, Keenan Tegmeyer, Kaitlyn Tegmeyer, Shelby Zaragoza and Joshua Zaragoza. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lordsburg, NM.
