He is survived by : his mother Clara Diaz (Medina) of Lordsburg; his wife Mary Jean Diaz of Lordsburg; his children, Scott Saucedo (Martin), DJ Saucedo (Jamie), Albert Diaz (Andrea) and Jennifer Allen (Josh); his brothers, George, Jose (Corrine) and Victor Diaz (Irma); his half-brother Johnny Paul Diaz; his sister Rita Diaz; and his grandchildren, Aitiana, Raymond, Ashley, Vivian, Felipe and Tristan.
