She was predeceased by : her father Grady Lionell Lewis. She is survived by : her mother Shirley Hartley (Thomas Neal); her children, Kelsey Neal and Ryan Neal (Sarah Baugher); and her sisters, Kathy Lackey and Rebecca Lewis.
