She was predeceased by : her close friend Jack Bacastow; her parents, Louis Janicek and Edith Janicek; and her brother Eric Janicek of Westmont, Illinois.. She is survived by : her sister Wynnette "Dolly" Moneka of Clarendon Hills; and her grandsons, Sean Bacastow of Los Angeles and Ryan Bacastow of Chicago. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
