He is survived by: his spouses, Elizabeth Ann Coles and Carroll; his brother John Baker (Carolyn) of St Charles, IL; his daughters, Connie (Alan Post) of Springfield, IL, Linda (Bruce Kirin) of Pittsburgh, PA and Deborah (Ed Seidewitz) of Bowie, MD; his stepchildren, Lynn (Dave Meritt), Dave Thomas (Sharon Eames) and Jessica Thomas; and his grandchildren, Tess Seidewitz, Kate Seidewitz, Justin, Jeremy, Julie, Jamie Meritt, Sarah Thomas and Alex Thomas.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, http://www.lbda.org.
