She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Waters and Florence Sissel Waters; her former husband Robert Kelley; and her siblings, Margaret, Oliver, Jr. and Donald Waters.
She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Gibbons; her stepdaughter Laura Nikiel; her stepgrandson Patrick Nikiel; her siblings, Ada Tillery and John Waters; her sister-in-law Marlene Waters; and her siblings' children, John J. Waters, Connie Waters, Steven Tillery and Jeff Tillery.
