He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jeannette Sutter and Ralph; his former life partner Doris Whitehead; his siblings, Ruth and Gene; his wife Janet Ferrell Light Hilty; his daughter Deborah Jennings (Jack); his grandsons, Caleb and Quintin; his sisters, Grace Modglin (Don) and Colletta Austin; and his stepchildren, Bruce Light (Marilyn), Brian Light (Kellin) and Amy Light Wagner. He was also cherished by 11 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great grandchildren, and 4 step-great great grandchildren.
