Roberta Cunningham Straight Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Cunningham Straight of Los Alamos, New Mexico, born in Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Hazel II (Hitch) and Robert Marshall Cunningham II; her cousins, Vernon "Johnny" Phillips and Lee Bob Phillips; and her nephew Richard Lloyd Cunningham.
She is survived by : her husband Dr. James William Straight (Jim) of Bartlesville, OK; her children, William and Suzanne (Timothy Miller); her brother Robert Marshall Cunningham III (Brenda); her great-nephew Joshua Ryan Cunningham; her cousins, Andrew Evans, Jr. and Maxine Cooksey (Phillips); and also William Herbert Straight.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to UNM-LA Bobbye Straight Faculty Initiative Award.
