He was predeceased by : his parents, Adna Chaffee "Steve" Norris and Lydia Margarete Edgerton Norris; his brothers, Lester Norris and Jim Norris; his daughter Gloria Allen; his grandson Nathan Lee Norris; and his siblings-in-law, T. R. Hardin, Bill Banks, John Dunaway, Willie Marquez, Horacio Trujillo, Norma Norris, Adella Diaz and Mary Lou Trujillo.
He is survived by : his wife Irma Florence Marquez Norris; his children, Danny T. Norris (Tina), James Norris (Lorella), Jeanette Machesic (Dan) of Littleton, CO, Deborah A. Norris Sparks (Gary), Santa Fe and William D. Norris, Jr.; his sisters, Margaret "Tiny" Hardin of Groves, TX, Mary Lou "Louie" Banks (Dallas) and Martha Dunaway (Roswell); and his son-in-law Garry Allen (Los Alamos). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
