He was predeceased by: his father Eloy Duke Padilla; and his brother Victor Ronald Padilla. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Annette Padilla; his children, Elijah J. Padilla (Shaylyn), Rebekah R. Padilla, Rachel and Paul F. Padilla; his grandchildren, Gracelyn J. Padilla and Kace E. Padilla; his mother Laura C. Padilla; and his siblings, Sandra M. Padilla and Frank M. Padilla. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
