He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isabel Wood and James S. Parra; his spouse Betty S. Parra; and his children, James E. Parra (Betty S. Parra), Mark D. Parra (Chay) and Darlene Parra. He was also cherished by grandchildren and 4 precious great-grandchildren.
