He was predeceased by : his son Christopher Porter; and his siblings, Henry Porter, Ray Porter and Maydeen Golden. He is survived by : his wife Mildred Lasater; his children, Kristi Cacy (Norm) of Portales and Alan Porter (Paula) of Rio Rancho; his granddaughters, Jessica Southard (James), Sheena Cacy and Bess Nieto; his great grandchildren, Lexi Thomas, Julia Cacy and Jesse LeRoy Southard; and his sister Carolyn Harris of Muleshoe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
