It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Milligan (Reserve, New Mexico), born in Deming, New Mexico, who passed away on June 16, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Tom Milligan; her son Burnard Milligan; her parents, John Frerich and Louisa Frerich; and her great grandchild Dustin Perez.
She is survived by : her sister Elena Samsky of Grass Valley, CA.; her daughter-in-law Lena Milligan; her stepdaughter Verna French (Frank); and her grandchildren, Carolyn Livingston (Carl), Yvonne Milligan, Tommy Milligan (Lan) and Ron Milligan (Jennifer). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
