He was predeceased by : his father Casimiro Encinias. He is survived by : his mother Esquipulita Encinias (Skippy) of Portales, NM; his wife Gloria Encinias; his children, Ray Madrid of Clovis, NM, Jessica (Ruben Ortega), Jennifer (Kris Arce) and Phillip Encinias Jr. of Leyba, NM; his siblings, Faustin (Lydia Encinias), Paul (Josie Encinias), David Encinias of Portales, NM, Antonia (Stephen Schaubroeck), Terry (Andy Ortiz), Helen (Steve Gonzales) and Luann (Joe Horrigan); and his grandchildren, Anthony Mendoza, Sebastian Mendoza, Kristyn Arce, Serena Arce, Jennica Ortega, Xavier Encinias, RJ Madrid, Jenahsie Lucero, Xadria Encinias, Marcus Arce, Kyle Madrid, Rio Ortega and Caleb Madrid. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
