He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio G. Rodriguez and Agricola Ponce Rodriguez; his grandparents, Narciso, Estalislada Rodriguez, Pedro and Juanita Ponce; and his sister-in-law Viola Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his daughter Rozina Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Reyna, Jayden and Isaiah Rodriguez; his siblings, Raymond, Simon Rodriguez and Maribel Rodriguez; and the mother of his child Silvia Orosco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as many to list close friends.
