He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adam Castillo and Delia Castillo; his wife Della Castillo; his children, Angie Sigala, Santiago Castillo, Billy Castillo Jr. and Billie Jo Guevara; his grandchildren, Valerie Tavarez, Crystal Tavarez, Santino Sigala, Ami Otero, Josiah Castillo, Billy Ray III, Sebastian Castillo and Amaya Castillo; his great grandchildren, Annizette Saavedra, Isreal Josiah Castillo, Jordon, Nathdaniel and Azmariah Borunda; his siblings, Barbara Anaya, Jerry Castillo, Larry Castillo and Carmen Lara; his close friends, Louie Gonzalez, Tim Anaya, Reuben Anaya, Beatrice Lucero, Jimmy Lucero, Nick Aguilar, Tony Wyatt and Jessie Alvarez; his brother-in-law Rudy Anaya; and his siblings, Terry, Rudy, Henry and Katherine Castillo. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
