He is survived by: his wife Beth Grimes; his children, Mark Madsen (Shirley), Eric Madsen (Jeannie) and Lisa Madsen Giles; his grandsons, Cameron Madsen, Ryan Williams, Curtis Madsen, Kyle Madsen, Jason Kent and Richard Trujillo Renteria; and his siblings, Gerald Madsen, Wayne Madsen, Linda Goins and Sandra Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
