With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delbert Nelson (Roswell, New Mexico), who passed away on February 29, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Roy Nelson and Clara Estelle Nelson; and his siblings, Larry Nelson (Margret), Floyd Nelson (Carolyn), Kathleen Brunson (Perry) and Gypsie Tait (A. L.).

He is survived by: his wife Helen Faye Gibson; his sons, Dan Nelson (Ilene) of Scottsdale, AZ and Terry Nelson (Eleanor) of Carlsbad, NM; his sister Laura Perri of Prescott, AZ.; and his grandchildren, Randee Nelson, Arielle Nelson and Cole Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
