He is survived by: his wife Ruth Newman; his children, Pamela Semeiks (Val) of Sand Lake, NY, Vicki Richards (David) of Park City, UT, Marci Cobb of Roswell, NM and Jon Newman (Carla) of Whitwell, TN; his son-in-law William Morrisey II of Pottersville, NY; his grandchildren, Janna Jones, Charly Wojtysiak, Thomas Williams, Leo Williams, Amanda Delfs, Jacquelyn Razdan, Christopher King, Evan Brady, Eric Brady, Caleb Newman and Seth Newman; his great grandchildren, Bailey Williams, Thomas Williams Jr. and Regan Jones; his brother Gene Newman (Laquatta); and his pet Dexter.
