He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Sr. Brown and Marie Haney Brown; and his siblings, Delores Marie Brown, Betty Jo Brown Hester and Kenneth Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Anna J. Brown; his children, Karen Billingsley (Kevin) of Gig Harbor, WA, Delores "Dedee" Stump (Chuck) of Highland's Ranch, CO and Derek Brown of Federal Way, WA; his grandchildren, Raegan Stump and Catherine Stump; and his siblings, Hal Brown (Johnnie) of Orange, TX, Seth Brown (Gail) of White, GA, Joy Ray (Carroll) of Raymondville, TX and Ramon Martinez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in James' honor to the Roswell Fireman Fund, Chaves County Veterans, or your favorite charity.
