We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to James Thomas Pirtle of Roswell, New Mexico, born in Canadian, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Burgher Pirtle and Vida Aileen Pirtle (Lively); his brothers, Robert L. Pirtle, David L. Pirtle and Patrick A. Pirtle; his daughters, Frances Lynne Johns (Randy), Jamie Carole Pirtle and Susan Kay Girod (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Clinton, Ryan, Adam, Erica, Mark, Katelyn, Callie and Jimmy. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.

Eventually, Frances's Alzheimer's made it necessary to move to senior living in Olathe, where they could be close to daughter Susan Girod and her family.
