Pack, Willie Pack, Penzil Craig, Dreta Hutsell, Beatrice Florence and Darlene Rhoads; his parents-in-law, Loyd Green (Ellen) and Pat Green; and his brother-in-law Marshall Green.

He is survived by: his children, Twyla Pack and David Pack (Stephanie); his daughter-in-law Nance Pack; his grandchildren, Heather Stephens, Shiloh Breedykand (Justin), Logan Pack (Michelle), Caleb Pack (Grace), Lyric Pack, Zoe Pack and Justus Pack; his great grandchildren, Rylan, Jude and Harley; his siblings, Doug Pack, Jesse Pack and Ruby Rhoads; his siblings-in-law, Anna Green, Jack Green (Mary) and Jackie Waggoner (Terry); and also, Lucas Ruiz, Elijah, Zyon, Landon Stephenson, Sophie, Harper Pack and Jedidiah Pack. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
