We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Joe Edgar Phillips (Roswell, New Mexico). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Edgar and Hattie; his brother Richard; his wife Margaret; his children, Claudia Waide (James), Ronnie Phillips (Gretchen), Joanne MacCallum (John), Rissie Daubert (Mitch) and Meg Tidmore (Rondall); and his sisters, Mary Lou Welsh and Lynn Werner. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cowboy Bell Scholarship Fund.
