He is survived by: his wife Helen Ray; his children, Cissy Ray (David Chavez), Tosha Ray (Troy Jones), Michelle Acosta, Jonathon Acosta, Alonzo Acosta Jr. (Wendy Taylor), Albert Grajeda (Amanda) and Yvonne Acosta; his mother-in-law Julie Nicholson; his brothers-in-law, Albert Nicholson and Burnie Nicholson Jr.; and his sibling's children, Burnie Nicholson III, Brittny Nicholson, Jesse Nicholson, Jr., Sara Nicholson, David Nicholson and Jarrett Nicholson. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
