She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl E. Jr Phillips and Doris Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Richard Van Winkle of Roswell; her children, Roby (Jamie Van Winkle) of Los Alamos, NM and Kelli (Patrick Fox) of Roswell; her brother Eddie (Sonia Phillips) of Roswell; her grandchildren, Jacoby Van Winkle, Harper Van Winkle, Brody Fox and Stevi Fox; her nephew Matt (Amanda Phillips) of Kuai; and her great-nieces, Lilly and Dovey Phillips.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Roswell Woman's Club Scholarship Fund 3 Granite Circle Roswell, NM 88201 or the Roswell Humane Society.
