She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Hendricks (Hattie) and Joel Edgar Phillips; her husband Samuel; her daughter Nancy; her brothers, Richard Phillips and Joe Phillips; and her brother-in-law John Werner.
She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Edgar, William James, Sam (Barbara) of Colorado and Jim (Barbara) of Roswell; her sister Lynn Werner; and her sisters-in-law, Maggie Phillips and Elissa Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
