It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oleta Mask of Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Towler and Leeosia Towler (Hoosier); her son Mike Payne; and her sisters, Neva Dove, Marietta Parker (Skeeter), Wanda Lane, Wannema White, Jean Bristow and Estelle Russell.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Mask; her children, Manuel D. Payne and Mendy Hernandez (Pete); her sisters, Lou Stevens and Johnnie Knight (Jerry); her sister-in-law Martha Holloway (Wes); and her grandchildren, Tanya (Justin Thompson), Manuel (Kim Payne), Ryan (Sarah Payne), Nathan (Ashleigh Payne), Savanna Payne, Katianna Hernandez and Sienna Hernandez (Hailey Page Hernandez). She is also survived by NUMEROUS great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
