He is survived by: his father Rosario Ortiz; his children, Onesimo Ortiz (Ericka), Nataly Wolf (Rudy), Ullises Ortiz (Luz), Anahi Ortiz and Karina Marquez (Javier); his grandchildren, Erick Ortiz, Arely Ortiz, Rylee Wolf, Reaghan Wolf, Raelyne Wolf, Nicolas Ortiz, Nathaniel Ortiz and Nevin Ortiz; his siblings, Adela Melendez (Julian), Guadalupe Ortiz (Andres Rosales), Sylvia Melendez (Jesus), Pedro Ortiz, Juan Manuel Ortiz (Mari) and Arturo Ortiz (Tomasa); and his friend Jose Luis Ruiz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
