He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert C. Vance Sr. and Delores Arlene; his wife Janet Vance; and his children, Chris Vance (Jamie), Jeffery, Jessica, Tracy Tucker (Truman), Sally Nichols (James), Connor Keegan and Graysen.
