He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Miko; his children, Stephen Miko (Suppy), Aaron Miko (Kimrey) and Donna Marie Bonnette (Jacob); and his grandchildren, Emily, Chris, Jake, Lyla Mae and Daniel.
