He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison Milyard and Lorene Milyard; and his sister Yonene Goodrum. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Addison (Ninfa) and Christopher Allen (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Ninfita, Katya, Cosette, Melia, Cameron and Caroline; and his sisters, Jackie Slaughter (Tom) of St. Petersburg, FL and Patt Harrington (Gerald) of Roswell, NM.. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
