She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelio Lopez and Andreita Lopez; her daughter-in-law Georgia Ortiz; and her siblings-in-law, Susie, Ernestino Varela, Evan, Elijio Gonzales, Preciliano, Sylvia Ortiz, Filepita and Ricardo Ortiz.
She is survived by: her husband Victor Ortiz, Sr.; her children, Patricia (Charlie), Tommy, Barbara, Pauline (Davy), Victor, Jr. (Emily), Marcellino (Lynn) and Adrian (Jennifer); her siblings, Susie Madrid, Mercy Gonzales (Tommy), Virginia Lopez and Ben Lopez (Ramona); and her siblings-in-law, Alfonso Garcia, Bob Velasquez, Jacinto Ortiz, Lori Lopez, Angelica Lopez, Josie Lopez, Lucy Lopez, Cecilia Lopez and Helen Ortiz. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
