He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo S. Rodriguez and Natividad Lopez; his wife Rita Rodriguez; his brother Tommy Rodriguez; and his granddaughter Jasmine.
He is survived by: his children, Dion Rodriguez of Silver City, Benjamin Rodriguez (Samantha) of Canton, GA, Chris Allison of Santa Clara, Deann Rodriguez (Joe) of Bayard, Virginia Lynn Sanchez (Jeremy) of Silver City, Corrina Maestas (Derek) of Española, NM and Valerie Palomarez (Johnny) of Vanadium; his grandchildren, Angela, Brandi, Ixyanna, Marisella, Christopher, Aaron, Joshua, Isabella, Zander, Zerak, Rion, Gabrielle, Ethan, Jubal, Johnny Jr., Matthew, Justin, Gabriel, Zackary, Jadyn, Candice, Alysha, Nanette and Joseph; his great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Audrina, Ava and Dylan; and his siblings, Jerry Rodriguez of Bayard, Bernice Pacheco (Carlos) of Bayard and Diana Quintero (Jorge) of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
