It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregorio Holguin of Santa Clara, New Mexico, born in Silver City, New Mexico, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gregorio has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Horcasitas Holguin. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Holguin (Garcia); his sister Evangeline Zamora (Richard) of Silver City, NM; his nephews, Jacob Zamora of Silver City, NM and Aaron Zamora (Carmen) of Vail, AZ; his niece Jade Zamora of Sahuarita, AZ; and his great-nieces, Avabella Zamora, Penelope Zamora and Zoey Zamora.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Terrazas Funeral Chapels (1 Fort Bayard Rd, Santa Clara, NM 88026). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery.
