He was predeceased by: his parents, Sofia Velasquez and Santiago Velasquez. He is survived by: his wife Rosalina "Rose" Sandoval; his children, Louise Whitlock (late Anthony), Christopher Velasquez, Angela Lovato (Necasio) and Adrian Velasquez (Debra); and his grandchildren, Marie Walper, Alex, Alexis Whitlock, Ariane Shaffer of Katlin, AJ, Benny, Kenny and Diane Velasquez.
