Downey and Thelma Richey; his wife Julie Sanchez; his children, David Downey, Anthony, Randy, Robert, Keith, Erin (Steven), Veronica (Jeremiah) and Sara; his grandchildren, Anjelica, Alexis, Brian, Jacob, Alex, Luna, Aydin, Natacia, Ezekiel, Stephen, Jade-Lynn and Amber-Lynn; and his siblings, Mike Downey, Karen Downey and Judi Ewert.
