He was predeceased by: his parents, Perez Roybal and Ramoncita Roybal; his brother Freddie Roybal; and his grandson JonHenry Petersen. He is survived by: his wife Francise (Liz); his children, Richard (Gabriela), Lenny (Veronica) and Valerie Petersen (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Monique, Dominika, Destini, Kayla, Anthony and Sister Louise Sandoval. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
