He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Brooks McIntosh; his daughters, Suzanne McIntosh, Christina Albetta (Zack) and Rebecca Velasquez (Jerome); his grandsons, Adam and Max Velasquez; his mother-in-law Marjorie S. Brooks; and his siblings, David McIntosh (Lois), Toby Turner and Robin Rohrer.
