She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwardo Aguirre and Maria Mercedes Aguirre (Gonzales); her son Daniel Placencio; her great grandchild Richard Rico Hinojosa; and her siblings, Marcos Aguirre, Carlos Aguirre, Pedro Gonzales, Juan Gonzales, Maria Elizabeth Gonzales and Maria Guadalupe Aguirre.
She is survived by: her children, Nestor Placencio of Silver City, NM, Reynaldo "Dindy" Placencio (Linda) of Las Cruces, NM, Victor "Wicky" Placencio, Martha Placencio of Silver City, NM, Lydia Murillo of Bayard, NM and Naomi "Nini" Madrid (David) of Silver City, NM; and her siblings, Eddie Joe Gonzales of Phoenix, AZ and Maria Elena Aguirre of Santa Ana, CA.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Terrazas Funeral Chapels (1 Fort Bayard Rd, Santa Clara, NM 88026). A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery.
