It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita Benjamin of Socorro, New Mexico, born in Magdalena, New Mexico, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Gomez and Virginia Lopez; her spouse Si Benjamin; her son Steve Benjamin; her grandchildren, Kaci Welty, Clint Benjamin and Heidi Welch; and her great grandchildren, Rochelle Benjamin and Lucas Green.
She is survived by : her children, Virginia Green (Roy) of San Acacia, Si Benjamin (Cassandra), Sallie Keilman (Greg) of Los Lunas and Charlie Benjamin (Barbara) of Las Cruces. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
