It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Hyer (Springer, New Mexico), born in Capulin, New Mexico, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Philphymo LaDoux and Elestica LaDoux; her brother Edward Tafoya; and her children, Thomas Hyer, Stephen Hogg and Anna Hyer.

She is survived by : her significant other Leo Archuleta; and her daughters, Vivian Myers, Jonallyn (Patrick Padilla) and Robin (Willie Winters). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
