He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudio Trujillo and Lecadia Trujillo; and his siblings, JoAnn Trujillo (Rudy Montoya) and Herman "Red" Trujillo. He is survived by: his daughter Celina Trujillo; his grandson Emilio Trujillo; his brother Leroy Trujillo (Mona); his sibling's children, Ronnie Montoya, Robert Trujillo (Cindy), Richard Trujillo, Leroy Jr., Larry, Lenny, Leslie Trujillo, LeAndra (Damian) and Kandice Montoya; and his friend Eloy "Winky" Gutierrez. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
